By using Bidedge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
We aggregate publicly available federal contract opportunities from SAM.gov and a curated set of state and local procurement portals. We score them against a profile you provide and send you matches by email.
We are not affiliated with the U.S. General Services Administration, SAM.gov, or any government agency. The data is provided as-is from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. We honor a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers if the Service doesn't meet your needs.
You won't scrape our pages, resell our feed, or use the Service to send unsolicited mail to third parties. You won't share login credentials.
We surface opportunities. We don't write your bids and we can't guarantee you'll win contracts. Procurement decisions are made by the contracting agencies.
The Service is provided as-is. We don't warrant accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months.
We can suspend accounts for repeated violations or fraudulent payment activity. You can cancel anytime.
Bidedge owns the Service, including the software, scoring algorithms, branding, and content we author. The underlying contract data is sourced from public government feeds (SAM.gov, state portals) and is in the public domain. You retain ownership of the profile data, saved searches, and pipeline notes you create in your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Hudson County, New Jersey. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in a class action against us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control — outages of upstream data providers (SAM.gov downtime, state portal changes), network failures, natural disasters, government actions, or similar events.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
